Registration for Returning and Non Returning Families

Dear Parents, 

We are excited to begin planning for another school year. This information is necessary to verify our records and determine available space in each age group for the school year 2020-2021 for any new families wishing to join our school.  

Please complete the required forms by December 18th 2019. Be sure to complete one for EACH ONE OF YOUR CURRENT STUDENTS (2 yrs – Jnr Kindergarten). Sibling enrollment is also available.  Please note that late re-registration forms will be subject to the same criteria of first come, first served as new applicants.

A registration for returning families is $ with an additional $ fee for siblings.  Please note that the supply fee of $ per accepted student will be added to your FACTS account in March.
