Junior Kindergarten

This full-day class is intended for children who meet the Virginia age requirement for Kindergarten, but who would benefit from another year in our nurturing environment. This special program may also be offered to students whose birthday misses the September 30th cut-off date for Kindergarten, if the school and parents feel that a child is developmentally ready for a full-day program.

Our unique course of study employs project-based learning to build skills in an engaging manner that is relatable to a child's own life experience. As our "senior" class, students gain confidence from being the leaders of our school and role models for our younger students.

Full-Day classes are 8:30am-3:00pm.

Full daycare hours are 7:30am-5:30pm.
