Service Description

Please note the ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL section of the Parent Handbook. 1. To ensure accuracy of Billing please sign your child out upon collection. If no sign-out provided on class sheet you will be billed according to this reservation end time. 2. Please cancel booking if no longer required 24 hours in advance so that others can utilize the space. Failure to cancel incur daycare charges. 3. For Lunch Bunch, in the case of an unavoidable emergency which causes the parent to arrive later than 1:30 PM, the after care/hour charges will apply.

Cancellation Policy

As we have limited availability, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our staffing, therefore our cancellation policy is as follows: 1. We request that you cancel at least 24 hours (online or via email) before a scheduled Drop-in offering. This gives others the opportunity to book that slot. 2. All charges for the Drop-in are automatically processed through FACTS on a monthly basis. 3. Booking site information and sign-out sheets are used to create the charges for Drop-in. Cancellations will not be charged but no shows are at school discretion. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
